Our Story: The Return to Roots

Raised by my grandparents, I grew up on stories of resilience, tradition, and real Indian food. My grandmother, the best cook I’ve ever known, showed me that food should heal, not harm.

After years in Pune, I saw how disconnected city life had become—from the land, from nutrition, and from our roots. That’s when I decided to return to Laul, our ancestral village, to revive the values that matter most.
